Encourage good hand washing
The government advice is to wash your hands with soap and water for a duration of 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Advice when Sneezing or Coughing
If you need to cough or sneeze, try to catch it in a tissue and then dispose of that tissue immediately
If you do not have a tissue to hand, catch the cough or sneeze in the crook of your arm, rather than your hands.
Up your cleaning regime
